颈浅丛神经痛诊治的解剖学基础(系列报道之四)

Anatomical bases of diagnosis and treatment for neuralgia of superficial branches of the cervical nerve plexus

目的 介绍颈浅神经丛各分支神经痛的诊断与局部注射的治疗方法。方法 选择门诊确诊为颈浅丛某一分支神经痛的患者共11例,采用强的松龙混悬液加局部麻药的局部注射神经穿出深筋膜处的治疗方法。结果 所有病例皆在注射后短时完全止痛,多数病例一周后痊愈,少数病例经2～3次注射后痊愈。结论 对诊断明确的病例,采用强的松龙局部注射法,可以获得满意的疗效。

Objective To introduce the diagnosis and treatment of neuralgia of branches of the superficial cervical nerve plexus. Methods 11 cases of certain diagnosed neuralgia of branches of the superficial cervical nerve plexus in out patient department were selected and treated by local injection of prednisolone plus local anesthetic to the nerve where it passes through the deep fascia. Results Pain was stopped immediately after injection for a short period in all cases. Most of the patients recovered after one injection. Less of them recovered after two or three injections. Conclusion To the certain diagnosed neuralgia of any branch of the superficial cervical nerve plexus, local injection of prednisolone is the method of choice . Best effect could be obtained.
