献血者丙型肝炎病毒核酸检测分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的 为了解抗 - HCV阴性和阳性与 HCV- RNA检测分析的符合率 ,选取 HCV检测的筛查方法。方法 用现代分子技术 ,对 30 0 0例 EL ISA抗 - HCV检测阴性和 2 80例 EL ISA抗 - HCV检测阳性的样本进行 HCV- RNA检测分析。结果  EL ISA抗 - HCV阴性样本中 ,HCV- RNA检测阳性率为 0 .17% (5 / 30 0 0 ) ,EL ISA抗 - HCV阳性样本中 ,HCV- RNA检测阳性率为 87.8% (2 4 6 / 2 80 )。结论  EL ISA抗 - HCV阴性样本中有 HCV感染窗口期漏检样本 ,EL ISA抗 - HCV阳性样本中 HCV- RNA阴性检出率为 12 % (34/ 2 80 ) ,血液 HCV感染的检测需同时使用 EL ISA和 HCV- RNA两种方法检测。 Objective To inquire into the corresponding rate of qualitative analysis result between HCV RNA and both of anti HCV negative and anti HCV positive,in order to choose the way of analysing HCV.Methods To analysing HCV RNA with modern molecular technology in 3000 specimens that anti HCV were checked out negative and in 280 specimens that anti HCV were checked out positive by ELISA way.Results The positive rate of HCV RNA is 0.17%(5/3000) in those specimens anti HCV was checked out negative by ELISA way,and it is 87.8%(246/280) in those specimens that anti HCV was checked out positive by ELISA way.Conclusion Inspecimens that anti HCV was checked out negative,there are specimens that missed out on being checked out in window period of HCV infection.The negative rate of HCV RNA is 12%(34/280) in specimens that anti HCV was checked out positive by ELISA way.It is necessary to use two kinds of nethods both ELISA and HCV RNA at the same time in analysing and determining blood HCV infection.
