原发性鼻咽非霍奇金氏淋巴瘤误诊分析

The Analysis of Misdiagnosis of Non-hodgkin Lymphoma in Nasal Cavity and Pharynx

目的 探讨鼻、咽非霍奇金氏淋巴瘤 (NHL)的临床特征和误诊原因。方法 对病理确诊的本院住院的 10例鼻、咽非霍奇金氏淋巴瘤患者的临床资料和误诊情况作一回顾性分析。结果 10例患者中 9例被不同程度地误诊 ,被误诊为慢性咽炎、慢性鼻炎、慢性鼻窦炎、出血性坏死性息肉等。确诊依靠病理和免疫组化。结论 NHL 临床表现复杂 ,无特异性 ,易误诊。为防止误诊 ,仔细的临床检查 ,反复精确的活检及正确的病理诊断和免疫组化是十分重要的。

Objective To investigate the clinical features and the causes of misdiagnosis of non Hodgkins lymphoma in nasal cavity and pharynx.Methods 10 patients of NHL in nasal cavity and pharynx were analysed retrospectively.Results NHL in nasal cavity and pharynx were often misdiagnosised as nasal polips,chronic rhinitis and sinusitis,choronic pharyngitis,et al.All patients got their final diagnosis by pathology and immunohistochemistry.Conclusion The clinical features of NHL were non characteristic and complex.In order to avoid the misdiagnosis,the following three points must be attentioned:①careful clinic examination.②repeated exact biopsy.③accurate pathology diagnosis and immunohistochemistry.
