摘要
本文在脑外伤动物模型基础上(15只狗),检测了脑组织、CSF 和血乳酸含量的改变及与颅内压、脑水肿的关系,同时测定了46例脑外伤病人静脉血及6例 CSF 乳酸含量。结果显示,脑外伤后脑组织及 CSF 乳酸含量明显升高,并与脑损伤程度相一致,脑组织乳酸含量的增高与脑水肿的发生相平行,当颅内压增高时 CSF 乳酸水平亦相应增高。
In this study,the lactic acid in CSF and serumwas determined in 15 experimental dogs withbrain injury The relationship of lactate in CSF,ICP and brain edema were studied.Also,the serumlactate was investigated in 46 patients with headinjury.The results showed that the lactate levelsin CSF and brain were increased remarkably follow-ing head injury,and were related to the degree ofhead injury.It is also showed that the lactate levels in brain correlated with the water contentsof brain,and the CSF lactate levels correlated withthe intracranial pressure.It is concluded that thelactate the level in CSF can be served as abiochemical marker for evaluting the oxidative stateof cerebral tissue and the severity of brain injury.The value of lactate level in blood is less importantin evaluating the severity of brain injury.
