糖尿病患者前房型人工晶状体植入临床观察

Clinical observation of AC-IOL implantation in patients with diabetes mellitus.

目的 探讨弹性开放襻前房型人工晶状体 (AC -IOL)在糖尿病患者眼中的适应性及并发症。方法 对近 4年相继来我院行AC -IOL植入的 18眼糖尿病者进行追踪观察 ,并与同期非糖尿病者AC -IOL植入 2 6眼对照。结果 随访 3～ 3 6月 ,糖尿病者AC -IOL植入 18眼 ,发生虹膜新生血管伴出血 3眼 ,瞳孔膜形成 1眼。UGH综合征 2眼。非糖尿病者AC -IOL植入 2 6眼 ,仅 1眼发生迟发性前房积血。结论 糖尿病者AC -IOL容易导致虹膜新生血管形成及UGH综合征 ,眼底病变重时以不植入AC

Objective To investigate indication and complications of anterior chamber intraocular lens(AC-IOL) in patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods 44 eyes of cataract patients were involved in this study.All underwent AC-IOL implantation.There were 18 eyes in patients with diabetes mellitus(DM) and 26 eyes in patients with non diabetes mellitus(NDM).Intraoperative and postoperative complications were observed.Results In the 18 eyes in paients with DM,some complications were appeared:neovascularization of iris and hyphema in 3 eyes,occlusion of pupil in 1 eye,UGH syndrome in 2 eyes,Only 1 eye in patients of NDM appeared delayed hyphema.Conclusions Neovascularization of iris and UGH syndrome happen easily in AC-IOL implantation of DM patients.So,the patients with serious diabetic vitreoretinopathy had better not to implant AC-IOL.
