血清脑型肌酸激酶同工酶活性对急性颅脑损伤诊断的临床应用 被引量:5

Serum creatine kinase BB activity for the diagnosis of acute head injury

摘要 本文采用层析荧光法对51例急性颅脑损伤患者的血清 CK-BB 活性作了测定。结果表明,急性颅脑损伤患者的血清 CK-BB 活性明显升高,并似与脑损伤伤情严重程度和患者预后相关,而且外伤后早期血清 CK-BB 活性变化对原发性脑损伤的诊断具有重要价值。故我们认为,血清 CK-BB活性测定可以作为评价急性颅脑损伤的脑损伤程度和患者预后的一项参考指标。 Serum creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-BB)wereexamined in 51 cases with acute head injuries bychromatography and fluorometry.The resultsshowed that serum CK-BB activity increase in caseof acute head injury and correlated with theseverity of brain parenchymal damage and theoutcome of the patients,it is considered that thetest of the serum CK-BB activity may be evaluatingthe severity of brain injury and the prognosis of thepatients.
