外伤所致真菌性角膜溃疡的病原学及治疗分析

Analysis of therapy and pathogeniesis of fungal keratitis caused by eye injuries.

目的 研究外伤所致真菌性角膜溃疡的发病情况及疗效与病程的关系。方法 对 1 999～ 2 0 0 2年收治的主要由眼外伤所致的 57例真菌性角膜溃疡病例 ,分析发病与季节的关系 ,总结用碘酊烧灼 +局部二性霉素B、氟康唑滴眼液治疗的效果。结果 9～ 1 1月份发病最多 ;眼外伤是其主要致病原因 ,治愈 2 4例占 42 .1 1 % ,发病 1 0日内就诊者治愈率61 .9% ,2 1天后就诊者仅 1 1 ,1 1 % ,说明疗效与病程密切相关。结论 男性农民为真菌性角膜溃疡高危人群 ,应早发现。

Objective To investigate the patients with fungal keratitis caused by eye injuries as well as the relationship between the therapeutic effect and process of disease.Methods The data of 57 treated patients with fungal keratitis from 1999 to 2002 were analyzed.Fungal keratitis was treated with tincture of iodine and antifungus eye drops.Results The the peak time of the incidence was September,October and November.Eye injuries were the major cause.24 patients were cured.The therapeutic effect was related to the process of disease.Conclusion The male peasats are high-risk population.It is important to find and treat the patients early.
