摘要
本文报告了9例脑动静脉畸形经 IBCA 栓塞后手术切除的病理观察结果。发现 IBCA 栓塞后血管及周围脑组织无明显炎症,栓塞剂完全置于血管腔内,无吸收现象。这明显不同于国外观察结果,究其原因,可能为我院合成的 IBCA 纯度高于国外产品。同时说明,栓塞剂完全弥散到畸形血管团内,可有效地治疗 AVM,而无明显副作用。
Light and electron microscopic examination ofIBCA-embolized specimens were studied in 9 casesThere were no obvious inflammatory reaction in thevessels and the adjacent brain tissue.All IBCAembllus were entirely diffused into the nidus wellcontained in the vessels without absorbtion,Thetherapeutic results were good without any sideeffect.The present experience is different from theresults reported in the literatures.
