Because of the effects of both nature and human, forests in the west are badly destroyed and the ecological environment tends to worsen. Moreover, the weak economic foundation and the poor natural ecological cendition restrict the national economic development and affect the social security. Cherefore the article explores the great influences of giving back the fields and forests on saving the national land.
