With the development of computer web, a new form of teaching --teaching on web appears. It's appearing makes important effects on the traditional form of teaching organization. Advantages and disadvantages of teaching on web are expounded in this thesis, also the relationship between the development of the form of teaching organization and teaching on web is clarified.
