Intraventricular hemorrhage

本文报告脑室内出血65例,以 CT 为依据分为三型。Ⅰ型:出血位于一个脑室内;Ⅱ型:出血充满全部脑室系统;Ⅲ型:脑内出血破入侧脑室。本文对脑室内出血的病因、诊断及手术适应证做了探讨。

Sixty-five cases of intraventricular hemorrhageconfirmed with CT are presented.The causes werehypertension in 12 cases.AVM 12 cases,Moyamoyadisease 11 cases,intracranial aneurysm in 7 cases.trauma in 4 cases,infarction of middle cerebralartery in 1 case,dysplasis of internal carotid arteryin 1 case,and unknown in 17 cases.Based on CTscan,intraventricular hemorrhage could be classifiedinto 13 types:Ⅰ.bleeding in one ventricle;Ⅱ.hemorrhage all over the ventricular system;Ⅲ.intracerebral hematoma breaking into the lateralventricle.The outcome of surgery of type Ⅰ andⅢ of this group was good and the prognosis oftype Ⅱ was not satisfactory.Crainotomy wereperformed in 37 cases and the operating mortalityrate was 24.3% The causes of intraventricular hemo-(?)hage,diagnosis and surgical indications arediscussed.
