针刺对NIDDM大鼠作用的形态学观察

Observation of acupuncture effect on non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus rat

目的 :探讨针刺对非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病 (NIDDM)大鼠胰岛素B细胞形态的影响。方法 :采用生化、放免等技术观察针刺对NIDDM大鼠空腹血糖 (FBS)、空腹胰岛素 (FINS)、C -肽 (C -P)、胰岛素敏感性指数 (IAI)的变化 ,同时用电子显微镜观察针刺对NIDDM大鼠胰岛B细胞形态学的改变。结果 :NIDDM大鼠B细胞体积增大 ,内分泌颗粒增多 ,苍白颗粒减少 ,芯颗粒与分泌颗粒的面积之比也明显增多 ,可见胰岛外分泌细胞可化生B细胞。针刺治疗后NIDDM大鼠FBS ,FINS ,C -P均显著下降 ,而IAI显著回升。与此同时 ,上述形态学的异常均出现逆转。结论

Objective: It is to observe the effect of acupuncture on non?insulin department diabetes mellitus(NIDDM)rat. Methods: NIDDM rats were treated with acupuncture. Then the morphologic changes of the B cell in pancreas islet, as well as the amount of fasting blood sugars(FBS), fasting insulin(FINS), C?peptide(C?P) and insulin sensitivity index(IAI)were observed and compared before and after treatment. Results: Compared with normal rat, Bcell body and the endocritic pellet were increased, and the proportion between core?pellet area and endocritic pellet area were obviously increased, the pale pellet was reduced, and the metaplastic exocrine cell of pancreas islet was found in NIDDM rats. After acupuncture treatment the content of FBS, FINS, C?P were markedly reduced while the IAI was obviously increased. At the same tine above changes reversed markedly after acupuncture treatment. Conclusion: These changes provided one of important morphological bases for good effect of acupuncture on NIDDM.
