随着高等专科学校办学规模的扩大和教学改革的深入 ,传统的教学管理模式难以适应学校发展的需要。因此 ,确立以学术管理为重点 ,以系部教学评价为目标导向 ,以建立教学运行监控系统为保障机制的新的教学管理模式 ,是深化教学管理改革、全面提高教学质量的重要保证。

In our college, now there exists the opportunities of enlargement and of the innovations in teaching fields. The traditional teaching management is out of fashion. In order to guarantee the development in all the fields, it is high time for us to have a model to focus on academic research, departments evaluation and supervising system.
