摘要
用氢清除法测定大鼠腹侧脊髓损伤灰、白质血流量均显著降低,但以灰质更为明显(P<0.05)。邻近损伤节段 T_13血流量虽有所下降、但不如损伤段 T_12明显。脊髓损伤后1小时血流量下降非常显著(P<0.001)。3小时有所恢复、6小时又呈持续下降趋势。提示:脊髓损伤后脊髓组织血流量变化可能是继发性损伤的主要原因之一,对指导临床治疗有其一定意义。
The blood flow of rat spinal cord was studiedby hydrogen clearance method.The spinal cord wascompressed with 50g pressure over ventral part for5 min.The blood flow blood gases,blood rheologyand microcirculation of the spinal cord wereobserved after local injury.The results showed thatblood flow the of gray and white matter in theinjuried segment(T_(12))were decreased.It was moresignificant in gray matter.The blood flow ofadjacent segment(T_(13))was also decreased,but itwasn't so significantly as the injuried part.Onanother hand the blood flow of spinal cord wasmarkedly decreased at 1h after injury,slightlyincreased at 3h,and then decreased persisting to 6h.The alterations of blood flow of traumatized spinalcord might be secondary pathological changes.
