摘要 生物传感器由于具有轻巧和灵敏度高的特点 ,可能会在微生物检测中发挥重要作用。尽管目前用于微生物检测的商品化传感器还十分稀少 ,但是一个值得探讨的发展方向。鼠疫作为一种典型的人兽共患病广泛分布在全世界 ,其病原鼠疫耶尔森菌的检测因此显得尤为重要。本文综述了光纤传感器、光寻址电位传感器和平面波导传感器在鼠疫耶尔森菌检测中的应用 ,介绍了各传感器原理与特点 ,并对灵敏度和特异性进行了讨论。 Because biosensor is small in size and sensitive, it may be applied to the microbial detection. Although commercialized bilsensor for microbial detection is rare so far, it is still a research interest for development of a biosensor. Plague is a typical zoonosis that proceeding around the world, the detection of Y.Pestis is thus very important for the control of petis. Fiber optic, light addressable potentiometric and planar waveguide biosensor in the detection of Y.pestis were reviewed in the present paper. The principles and features, along with sensitivity and specificity, were also covered in this review.
