摘要
本文将用胶质瘤细胞免疫核糖核酸治疗的27例脑胶质瘤病人,按外周血淋巴细胞百分比、术前肿瘤直径、肿瘤病理分级及手术切除肿瘤范围大小等不同分别分组,对比分析用药前后病人淋巴细胞转化率及自然杀伤细胞(NK 细胞)活性的变化,以探讨上述四种因素对胶质瘤细胞免疫核糖核酸免疫调节作用的影响。结果表明:胶质瘤细胞免疫核糖核酸对外周血淋巴细胞百分比较高、肿瘤直径较小、肿瘤病理分级较低、手术切除范围较大的患者疗效更佳。经统计学分析提示:上述诸因素对该药物的免疫调节作用有显著影响,明确这些影响因素,对指导临床治疗有重要意义。
In this article,27 cases of cerebral gliomatreated by glioma cell iRNA are reported.Accordingto the peripheral lymphocyte percentage,thetumors size,the pathological classification and thescope of tumor resection.It were divided into 4groups.The lymphocyte transformation rate and NKcells activity were assyed before and after operation.The results showed that glioma cell iRNA had asignificant effects in extensive removed,lessmalignant,smaller glioma;in cases with higherlymphocyte percentage,The statistics analysisshowed that above factors have a importantinfluence in immunoregulation role of glioma celliRNA.It may have some importent significance intreatment of gliomas.
