企业文化像水一样 ,水能载舟 ,亦能覆舟。作为一种新的管理理念 ,企业文化越来越显示出对企业发展的巨大作用。本文通过对企业文化内涵的论述 ,结合我国企业文化发展的现状 ,指出企业文化建设中所存在的问题及应采取的对策。

Enterprise culture is like water which can support ship and turn it over also.As new managerial idea,enterprise culture plays more and more important role in enterprise development.The paper discusses the meaning of enterprise culture and describes the problems existing in the construction of enterprise culture and the solutions according to work on actual states of enterprises culture in China.
