摘要
介绍100例颅脑外伤后晚期癫痫的临床特点,对比脑外伤急性期住院、其后有或无晚期癫痫的两组病例,探讨了影响本病发生的有关因素。提出应重视本病的防治研究,并推荐伤后常规使用小剂量抗痉药物预防癫痫发作的方法。
The clinical manifestations of 100 cases oflate post-traumatic epilepsy were presented.Factorswhich influence the incidence were investigated bya comparative follow-up study of 2 groups,onewith and otherwithout epilepsy.Both of them hadbeen hospitalized in early stage after head injury.Further researches of prevention and treatment ofthis disorder was emphasized Routine administrationof preventive antiepileptic drugs in small doses isrecommended.
