摘要
观察7例经脑移植术治疗的帕金森氏病患者的神经心理功能。发现患者存在一些心理功能障碍,术后某些功能有改善,有的功能改善不显著或无改善。
The neuropsychological changes were observedin 7 cases of Parkinson's disease before andafter brain tissue transplantation.Theresults showed that the memory andintelligence(especially the performance IQ)were markedly impaired and the reaction timewas prolonged in all 7 cases before surgery.After brain tissue transplantation theperformance IQ increased,the results of armknocking test and reaction time revealedslight improvement.No change was observed inmemory and finger knocking test.
