心血通治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效观察

THERAPEUTIC OBSERVATION ON THE TREATMENT OF UNSTABLE ANGINA PECTORIS WITH XINXUETONG

目的 观察心血通治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法 对 86例患者随机分为两组 :A组为治疗组 4 3例 ,给予心血通 10ml加入 2 5 0ml静脉滴注 ,14d为 1疗程 ;B组为对照组 4 3例 ,常规给予硝酸酯类、β受体阻滞剂等药物治疗。 结果 治疗组心绞痛发作频率较治疗前明显减少 ,心电图ST T较前明显改善 ,血浆内皮素水平较前明显降低 ,与对照组相比有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论

Objective To observe the curative effect of Xinxuetong in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris(UAP).Methods The treatment group was treated with 10ml Xinxuetong in 250ml GS 14 days as a course of treatment.Routine treatment with nitrate or β receptor paralyzer was given to the contrast group.Results The attack frequency decreased greatly in the treatment group.The ST-T of electrocadiogram got obvious improvement.The concentration of plasma endothelial hormone decreased markedly.There existed significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion Xinxuetong can be used as an ideal drug to treat unstable angina pectoris.
