摘要
目的 评价老年食管癌的手术治疗。方法 回顾性分析 82例老年食管癌患者的手术治疗资料并与同期 14 90例非老年食管癌患者比较。结果 两组病例的手术死亡率、术后严重并发症发生率和 1、3、5年生存率均无显著性差异。结论 对老年食管癌患者应采取积极的治疗态度。
Objective: To evaluate the surgical treatment of the patients aged 70 and older with esophageal carcinoma. Methods: The surgical information on 82 elderly patients with esophageal carcinoma was analyzed retrospectively and compared with 1490 patients aged below seventy. Results: There were no significant differences between the two groups concerning mortality rate,serious postoperative complication or survival rate of 1?3?5 years after operation. Conclusion: Surgical treatment was positively indicated for the elderly patients with esophageal carcinoma.
