伴表层巩膜炎的皮质类固醇性青光眼手术探讨

The exploration of surgery on corticosteroid glaucoma with episcleritis

目的 探讨伴表层巩膜炎的皮质类固醇性青光眼的手术治疗方法。方法 对 17例 2 9眼伴表层巩膜炎的皮质类固醇性青光眼在炎症缓解期施行强滤过的小梁切除术 ,术后 3～ 4天施行前房重建术。结果 经 4～ 11个月随访观察 ,功能性滤过泡形成良好 ,2 9眼眼压控制在正常范围。结论 强滤过的小梁切除术和术后前房重建术有助于功能性滤过泡形成 ,并提高伴表层巩膜炎的皮质类固醇性青光眼的手术成功率。

Objective:To investigate surgical methods for corticosteroid glaucoma with episcleritis.Methods: 17 cases (29 eyes)of corticosteroid glaucoma with episcleritis were performed trabeculectomy with filtering excessively after inflammation,3～4days after the operation,all cases were performed the surgery on anterior chamber reconstruction.Results: after 4～1lmonths following observation,the intraocular pressure of 29 eyes was controlled normally with nice functional filtering bleb.Conclusion:Trabeculectomy with filtering excessively and reconstrucrion of anterior chamber after trabeculectomy could not only increase success rate of the filter surgery on corticosteroid glaucoma with episcleritis but also be helpful to the formation of functional filtering bleb.
