臀肌挛缩症病因流行病学研究

The epidemiologic investigation on an endemic disorder of squatting disability

目的 研究臀肌挛缩症的病因。方法 应用流行病学现况调查、病例对照研究等方法 ,描述疾病的人间、空间、时间等分布特征 ,对发生在某地的不明原因的下蹲困难综合征进行病因研究。结果 臀肌挛缩症与肌肉注射关系十分密切。结论 肌注频率、肌注剂量等是引发肌肉挛缩的重要危险因素。

Objective To discover its cause of an unknown cause endemic disorder. Methods Case-control study were used to describe the distribution features of contracture of gluteal muscles, and to discover the cause of an endemic disoder of squatting disability. Results This is a disorder of contracture of gluteal muscles. The causal factor is the wrong intragluteal injection proceeded by a local practitioner. Conclusions If a pratitioner was not trained with standard program in intragluteal injection technique, the consequence is severe.
