彩超对肝癌三维适形放射治疗疗效评价的研究

The value of color doppler flow imagine in Evaluating of effect by three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma.

目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声(CDFI)对肝癌行三维适形放射治疗(3DCRT)疗效判断的价值。方法:23例原发性肝癌(HCC)患者,在3DCRT前、后行CDFI检查,对肿瘤直径、血供等进行监测。结果:3DCRT后3月,肿瘤直径缩小,部分甚至消失;周边及内部血流信号减少,动脉流速降低(P<0.05)。结论:肝癌行3DCRT疗效明显;CDFI可作为临床评价3DCRT疗效的常规检测方法之一。

Objective:To study the value of color doppler flow imagine(CDFI) in valuating the effect of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) treated by three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy(3DCRT). Methods: CDFI were obtained at pre-treatment and after-treatment by 3DCRT on 23 patients with HCC. Results compared with pre-treatment, the diameter of tumour were changed smaller, some of them were disappear after three months treated by 3DCRT. Color doppler flow imagine were also decreased in and adjacent tumour. The velocity of artery of tumor were decreased(P< 0. 05). Conclusion: The effect of 3DCRT has a great value on HCC. CDFI can be used as one of methods in elevating the effect of HCC treated by 3DCRT.
