摘要
目的对五加科五加属植物刺五加Acanthopanaxsenticosus (Rupr etMaxim )Harms茎的提取物的化学成分进行了分离和鉴定。方法刺五加茎的乙醇提取物经D1 0 1大孔树脂以水及不同浓度乙醇洗脱 ,硅胶柱色谱分离得到 6个化合物 ,通过波谱 (1H NMR ,13 C NMR)分析和化学方法进行结构鉴定。结果 6个化合物分别被鉴定为香草酸 (vanillicacidⅠ )、丁香酸 (syringicacidⅡ )、对羟基苯乙醇(tyrosolⅢ )、异香草醛 (isovanillinⅣ )、异秦皮啶 (isofraxidinⅤ )、丁香苷 (syringinⅥ )。结论对羟基苯乙醇和异香草醛为首次从五加属植物中分离得到的已知化合物。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the extract of Acanthopanax senticosus (Rupr. et. Maxim.) Harms. Methods The chemical constituents were isolated by the silica gel column chromatography and identified by spectral data. Results The compounds obtained were identified as vanillic acid(Ⅰ),syringic acid(Ⅱ), tyrosol(Ⅲ),isovanillin(Ⅳ), isofraxidin(Ⅴ)and syringin(Ⅵ). Conclusions Among them, Ⅲ and Ⅳ were isolated from this genus for the first time.
