侵袭性肺曲菌病的早期CT特征

Early CT Features of Invasive Pulmonary Aspergillosis

目的 探讨侵袭性肺曲菌病 (IPA)的早期CT特征。资料与方法 经临床和病理证实的IPA 9例 ,均行胸部CT平扫。结果 CT表现为 8例有胸膜下楔形实变影 ;7例有多发结节影 ,其中 4例有晕征 ,3例有斑点状阴影。

Objective To describe early CT features of invasive pulmonary aspergillosis (IPA).Materials and Methods Plain CT scanning of the chest was performed in 9 cases with clinically and pathologically proved IPA. CT findings were analyzed.Results Of the 9 cases, subpleural wedge shaped consolidation was seen in 8, multi nodular shadow in 7 (of which halo sign was seen in 4), and spotted or patchy opacification in 3.Conclusion The early characteristic CT signs include subpleural wedge shaped consolidation and nodular shadow with halo sign.
