摘要
基于岳阳化工总厂表曝法处理锦纶、涤纶与合成橡胶废水的生产性运行测试研究 ,获得表曝法处理该废水稳定运行的进水COD及BOD5极限浓度 .由生产实测数据推出了BOD5去除常数、需氧量、供氧量及活性污泥增长量的统计算式 ,测算混合液的α与 β的平均值 ,试验测出混合液中氨氮抑制污泥活性的极限浓度 ,统计算出废水处理成本 。
Based on the monitoring data in full scale operation for treating the wastewater from workshops producing polestar, polyamide and polymeric rubber in Yueyang chemical plant by surface aeration process, limit values of COD and BOD 5 are obtained. From the calculation equations of coefficient of BOD 5 reduction, oxygen demand, oxygen supply and growth rate of activated sludge are put out. Average values of α and β of mixing liquid are measured. A limit value of NH + 4-N effecting to activated sludge is measured in the experiment. The operation cost to treat the wastewater is calculated. All of above may be useful to the design and operation of the same kind engineering for wastewater treatment.
