洁净室中不同的采样方法,会引起不同的结果,本文从理论分析和实验结果,说明了洁净室应遵循等动力采样原则的理由。
Different sampling method in cleanroom result in differernt result. Based on theoretical analysis and experimental results, explains cause why the isokinetic sampling principle must be abode in the detecting of cleanroom.
