摘要
随着大庆油田水驱开发程度的不断提高 ,层内和层间矛盾日趋突出 ,急需进行吸水剖面调整尤其是深度调剖。近年来 ,大庆油田应用以交联聚合物为主的深度调剖技术取得了较好的调驱效果 ,但在该技术的应用过程中也出现了一些问题。为此 ,通过现场抽取聚合物、交联剂和水样品 ,对影响矿场交联聚合物成胶效果的因素开展了一系列室内实验。结果表明 ,二价铁离子含量超标是影响矿场交联聚合物成胶效果的主要因素 。
With the development of water flooding in Daqing oilfield, in layer interference and interlayer interference get bad to be worse. Now, it is necessary to make profile modification in the injector especially deeply profile modification. In the recent years, Daqing oilfield has gained good result in deeply profile modification by using polymer. However, there are some problems when the technology of profile modification is used. So, we have conducted a series of bench scale tests to analysis the affecting factors of cross linked polymer forming effectiveness by taking polymer, cross linking agent, water sample from field. The results of the tests show that the prime factor that affects cross linked forming effectiveness in field is excess Fe 2+ . The chemical such as thiourea may decrease affecting of Fe 2+ to some degree.
