摘要
在知识经济时代,知识被看作是一种重要的战略资源。本文从战略的角度出发,在传统战略制定方法上引入知识的视角,得出了企业制定知识战略的几种方法,从而为知识管理起引导性作用。
Knowledge is regarded as an important strategic resource of the company in knowledge economy. This paper try to introduce the knowledge perspective into the traditional ways of strategic planning, including knowledge - based SWOT analysis, knowledge map, value line analysis and knowledge -based BCG analysis.
