摘要
由于绩效管理不当而未能最大程度调动员工积极性,是我国企业管理中存在的基本问题之一。本文对国外关于组织公民行为研究的介绍,将有助于引起学术界的关注,并为管理工作者培养员工主人翁精神,提高企业管理效能提供参考。
In the process of performance management in the enterprises, one of the serious problem is that employees show low level of master consciousness and taking initiative. In this paper, we introduced the researches of organizational citizenship behavior in the western countries , in order to draw our researcher's attention on this topic, and at the same time give some suggestions to the busyness manager.
