摘要
由于表面贴装技术(SMT)电路板中的贴装元件管脚多、密度大,给手工焊装与维修增加了难度。经过实践,笔者介绍了在实验室环境下手工焊装及维修SMT电路板的基本工具和焊装材料,提出了手工焊装与维修的方法和技巧。
It is very difficult to solder or repair a SMT circuit because of its high package density. A handicraft for soldering and repairing the circuit is presented, including the tools and material.
