摘要 设计出了一种适合于溶胶-凝胶法制备工艺的CO2激光传输用空芯光纤,并结合空芯光纤的光传输原理和溶胶-凝胶法工艺的特点对其结构设计进行了讨论。 A new type of hollow waveguide suitable to be fabricated by sol-gel method was particularly designed in this paper. With a good consideration of both sol-gel processing and the theory of CO2 laser transmitting hollow waveguide, the design in detail is discussed.
