After Several years?research, the building stiuctuies seisncic design has been modified by comtininglessons learned from those disasteis made by world wide severe earthquakes. The new seimic design has passedthe examination of the expert committee, and is ready for the approval of the constraction Ministry. Here followsa brief intioduction of the new seismic design concerning the communication aichitecture.
