摘要
针对模拟式流量传感器测试准确度低的缺点 ,开发了基于脉冲量输出的流量测试装置 ,它由高准确度的光栅传感器和低摩擦的计量油缸构成 ,研制出“频率 /周期法”测试软件 ,即将测频法 (对大流量的测试 )与测周法 (对小流量的测试 )结合起来 。
Aiming at the low test precision of analog flux sensor,the flow test device based on the output of impulse is empoldered,which is made up of the high precision raster sensor and the low friction measure cylinder .The test software of frequency and cycle method is developed in this paper,which combines the test frequency method with the test cycle method to adapt to the wide scope hydrometry.
