摘要
以精米加工工艺为例,阐述了工艺设计的依据、原则;对碾米的清理、砻谷及谷糙分离、碾米及成品整理等加工工序的设置进行了讨论,提出自己的观点。
The principle and accordance in the design of rice milling flow were expounded. Arrangements of rice cleaning, rice hulling and paddy separating, rice whitening and product dealing etc . in the rice milling flow were discussed and recommended.
