摘要
本文阐述了国内外对α-亚麻酸的保健功效及苏子油研究的有关报道,并对我国今后苏子油产品的研究和开发提出了建议。
The recent research achievements home and abroad on some health care effects of α-linolenic acid and perilla seed oil were summarized. Some suggestions for research and development of perilla seed oil in our country in the future were made.
