摘要
姬松茸是一种珍贵的药食兼用的大型真菌,子实体中已发现有多种生理活性成分,其多糖及其复合物具有较强的抗肿瘤活性,本文综述近几年来国内外对姬松茸生理活性研究及菌丝体深层培养等方面的研究进展,为姬松茸在保健食品和药物方面的开发提供一定的理论依据。
Agaricus blazei murill is a edible and medicinal fungus, Lots of physiological activity components have been found from its fruiting body. The polysaccharides of Agaricus blazei murill have positive antitumor activity. This paper introduce the physiological activity and submerged culture of Agaricus blazei murill which have been researched recently, providing certain theoretical proofs for development of functional food and drugs.
