采用高回弹组合醚在常温常压下现场发泡,成型出与玉器工艺品外形吻合、发泡倍率较高的泡沫体,用激光刀剖切并对剖切面及成型轮廓面进行静电植绒,做出了外形美观、减震效果优异的高档内包装.这一新型玉器包装材料的研制成功,解决了多年来玉器工艺品以棉花为内衬包装材料所存在的外观不美、减震效果较差的问题.

<Abstrcat>High elastic etherate is applied to foam on the spot in normal temperature and normal pressure,so as to form the foam whose inner surface is the same as that of the jade craftwork and whose foaming ratio is high.The profile is cutted by laser and its surface is electrostaticly woolimplanted.This kind of novel packing is welllooking and its vibration is wellabsorbed,which solves many problems existed for many years in cottonpacking.
