芦竹磺化化机浆工艺条件的探讨

A Preliminary Study on SCMP from Bamboo

对芦竹SCMP工艺条件进行了研究 ,实验结果表明 :不同预处理条件及盘磨间隙对芦竹SCMP浆性能影响很大。在弱碱条件下 (1%NaOH用量 ) ,Na2 SO3用量 15 % ,最高温度 15 0℃ ,升温保温 1h左右的预处理条件是适宜的 ;高浓磨浆时 ,建议采用 0 .3、0 .1、0 .1mm的盘磨间隙进行三段磨解 ,磨浆浓度 15 %

The technologies of bamboo SCMP were studied in this article. The results show that different conditions of pretreatment and gap of refining mill have an important effect on properties of SCMP.The optimum conditions of pretreatment are 1% NaOH,15% Na 2SO 3, the max temperature 150℃,heating and for a hour. In refining stage, we advise adopting 0.3,0.1,0.1mm gaps of refining mill,refining density 15%.
