主张对我国通行的犯罪构成理论推倒重来,以日本的三阶层犯罪成立理论取而代之者,曲解并漠视了四要件犯罪构成理论所具有的现实合理性,人为地强行切断新中国刑法理论的历史连续;在坚持中发展完善,不折腾,是每一个有社会责任感的刑法学者都必须恪守的基本学术规范和准则。

Those who advocate the constitutional theory of China to be replaced by the Japanese ones distort and ignore the real justifications in our constitutional theory.Furthermore,this advocacy also causes forced interruption in the historical continuity of criminal theory of the New China.In my opinion,it is basic academic norm conformed to by every conscientious scholar to adhere to scientific development and no to make troubles.
