当代中国死刑民意的现状与解构

Contemporary Situation and Deconstruction of Chinese Public Opinion on the Death Penalty

根据现有的实证调查,当前我国民众对死刑依赖程度还相当高。其中既有传统观念的影响,也有社会现实和刑罚制度等方面的制约。在现代民主社会,死刑的废除并不需要完全遵循民意,但政府还是应当尽可能考虑、尊重民意。改变我国当前死刑民意,需要考察死刑民意形成原因,采取有针对性措施。

According to our existing empirical investigation,Many people support the death penalty because the impact of traditional ideas, the reality of society and the penal system.In a modern democratic society,the abolition of the death penalty does not need to fully comply with the public opinion,but still should be considered and respect for the public opinion as far as possible.Changing the ideas of China's current public opinion about death penalty,we need to make full research of the reasons for the public opinion about the death penalty and adopt countermeasures.
