摘要
探讨了流动注射氢化物发生 -原子吸收光谱法测定微量汞的最佳条件 ,建立了艹白白白 头中痕量汞的流动注射氢化物发生 -原子吸收光谱分析方法。本法操作简便、快速 ,灵敏度、自动化程度高 ,测定汞的线性范围 0~ 80 ng· m L-1,相对标准偏差小于 3 % ,加标回收率为 96 %~1 0 8%。应用于实际酱菜艹白白白 头样品中痕量汞的测定。结果满意。
Various test conditions and effect factors for determination of mercury by flow injection-atomic absorption spectrometry were discussed and a method for the determination of mercury in pickled Jiaotou has been developed.The linear range for mercury are 0~80 μg·L -1.The relative standard deviation is less than 3% and the recovery is 96%~108%.This method is simple.rapid and has been applied to the determination of mercury in pickled Jiaotou samples with satisfactory results.
