紫外线辐射对角质形成细胞产生细胞因子的影响 被引量:8

摘要 角质形成细胞 (包括人和小鼠正常及肿瘤细胞 )可产生多种细胞因子 ,受中波紫外线、长波紫外线及不同单色光辐射后 ,可诱导大部分细胞因子mRNA及其蛋白表达增加 ,且呈时间及剂量依赖。组胺能放大这种作用 ,而抗组胺药、糖皮质激素。
