摘要
目的 :分析乳腺癌患者及其配偶术前知识需求有无差异 ,以指导护士有针对性地进行术前健康教育。方法 :对 60例乳腺癌患者及其配偶于住院后第 2天采用知识需求自评量表分别进行调查与对比分析。结果 :患者与其配偶均认为知识需求中等程度重要。其中对疾病与治疗类的知识 ,患者认为比较重要 ,而配偶认为非常重要 ,其差异有显著性 (t =2 .1 9,P <0 .0 5)。结论 :护士在对乳腺癌患者及其配偶进行术前健康教育时 ,应有针对性地实施教育计划 。
Objective: To compare the informational needs between premastectomy patients and spouses. Methods: 60 premastectomy patients and spouses were investigated by Informational Needs Assessment Scales at the second admitted day. Results: The informational needs perceived by patients and spouses were moderating important. Information about the disease and treatment was the priority informational needs. There was no difference on total informational needs between patients and their spouses, but there was significant difference on information about disease and treatment ( t=2.19, P< 0.05). Conclusions: Nurses can develop effective premastectomy patients and spouses teaching plan according to the findings in this study.
