肿瘤相关物质群正常值及其随访研究

The Normal Value of Tumor Supplied Group of Factor and Fellow - up Study

目的 确定肿瘤相关物质群(tumor supplied group of factor,TSGF)的人群正常值范围,及其在相应人群随访研究,探讨其预测胃肿瘤发生的意义。方法 对1987～1996年参加胃癌筛检确定的非胃癌自然人群按照序贯试验的要求征集研究对象至500人,取血并分离血清,采用盲法对血清进行TSGF检测,用SPSS软件包对测定结果进行分析。对TSGF值单次或多次超过正常值范围的研究对象和现场胃癌术后患者进行随访,并对该人群随访到新发生肿瘤患者的TSGF值进行回顾性分析。结果 本研究结果显示,TSGF值与非胃癌的其他胃病状态无关,但受年龄和性别的影响,男性的正常值范围可定为(25.23,64.43U/ml)(±1.96s);女性TSGF受年龄影响较大,小于45岁年龄组的范围为(26.71,57.83U/ml),大于45岁年龄组为(30.04,68.56U/ml),该正常值范围适用于中老年对象。研究显示,TSGF值升高对预测肿瘤发病有一定的价值,对远期是否发生肿瘤预测的意义有待进一步探讨。

Objective The aim of this study was to determine the normal value of tumor supplied group of factor (TSGF) for anatural population, and follow up to explore the predictive value on the development of gastric cancer.Method 500 people among those who had participated in the screening test for gastric cancer from 1987 to 1996 were invited for TSGF examination. Serum was separated from whole blood collected.The TSGF was detected by single - blind method according to standard procedure.The data was processed by SPSS software package.Result The results showed that the TSGF was irrelevant to non - cancerous gastric diseases: sex and age influenced the value of TSGF.The normal value range of TSGF for male adult was (25.23, 64.43 U/ml) (x ± 1.96 s); the normal value range of female adult was more influenced by age: for age less than 45, the range was (26.71, 57.83 U/ml), and for age over 45, the rangs was (30.04, 68.56 U/ml) .The normal range is only suitable for adult population.The retrospective analysis of the new cases of gastric cancer showed that regular follow - up should be conducted among patients with pre - cancerous conditions despite the negative results of TSGF before.
