经阴道补片吊带术加骨铆钉耻骨固定法治疗压力性尿失禁(附42例报告)

目的 :探讨一种治疗女性压力性尿失禁的新手术方法。方法 :采用经阴道补片吊带术加骨铆钉 (In fast)耻骨固定法治疗女性压力性尿失禁患者 42例 ,术中把带有悬吊线的铆钉通过特殊的钻孔器经阴道切口分别置入两侧耻骨上 ,控制好悬吊张力后固定打结。结果 :术后随访 5～ 2 4个月 ,平均 14.7个月 ,所有患者尿失禁症状均得到控制 ,无尿潴留、感染及疼痛发生。结论 :经阴道补片吊带术加骨铆钉耻骨固定法简单易行、操作安全 。

Purpose:To describe a new technique for stress urinary incontinence by the method of transvaginal bone anchored sling. Method:Transvaginal sling surgeries were performed in 42 stress urinary incontinence patients. In the operation, by the battery-operated screw inserter one screw was inserted on each side of the urethra into the pubic bone below the bladder neck.. The sling edges were tied and pulled toward the pubic bone. Result:At the mean of 14.7 months follow up, urinary incontinence was controlled in all cases. No urinary retention, infection or pain occurs. Conclusion:Transvaginal bone anchored sling is a simple and effective method for stress urinary incontinence.
