The treatment of hypospadias by one stage urethroplasty with preputial pedicle flap

目的 :探讨带蒂包皮皮管法一期治疗尿道下裂的优点及手术要领。方法 :回顾性分析采用带蒂包皮皮管法行一期尿道下裂成形术治疗 12例的临床疗效。结果 :手术一次成功 9例 (75 % ) ,另 3例经再次治疗而愈。结论 :采用带蒂包皮皮管法治疗尿道下裂具有取材方便、易成活、极少形成瘢痕、效果确实的优势 。

Purpose:To evatuate the effect and operation way of hyposdias repair with the preputial pedicle flap urethroplasty.Method:12 cases of hypospadias were treated by one stage urethroplasty with preputial pedicle flap were reviewed. Result:9 of 12 cases with the operation were successful only once (75%) .3 of 12 cases with the treatment again was the total success.Conclusion:The operation is easy for taking tissue .The repair can succeed easity. there is not cicatrice and may be a main method to cure this disease.
