摘要
目的 观察曲马多静脉注射对硬膜外麻醉期间寒颤的治疗效果。方法 40例ASAI -II患者 ,在硬膜外麻醉期间出现寒颤者 ,分别给予曲马多 1.0mg/kg ,稀释后静注 ,观察用药后 2min、5min、10min寒颤级别的变化 ,同时监测MAP、HR、SpO2 、RR的变化。结果 本组患者用药 10min后有 3 6例寒颤消失 ,MAP、HR、SpO2 和RR均无明显变化 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 曲马多 1.0mg/kg静注用于治疗麻醉期间寒颤安全、有效。
Objective To observe the effect of tramatol intravenous injection in treating shiver during epidural anaesthesia. Methods Forty ASA I-II grade patients with shivering during epidural anaesthesia were given tramtol 1.0 mg/kg dilute intravenously to observe the change of shiver grade after 2 minutes?5minutes and 10 minutes, meanwhile monitor the changes of MAP?HR?SpO 2?RR. Results The shiver dispeared after 10 minutes in 36 patients, the changes of MAP?HR ?SpO 2and RR were it significant( P >0.05). Conclusion Tramatol 1.0 mg/kg used intravenously in treating shiver during epidural anaesthesia is safe and effective.
