摘要
目的 探讨微波幅射对人体中枢神经系统功能的影响。方法 采用世界卫生组织推荐的神经行为核心测试组合(WHO-NCTB),对微波作业人员81名及年龄、性别、文化程度与接触组相匹配的对照组人员61名分别进行了行为功能测试。结果 长期接触低强度微波辐射,剂量为(17.91±13.16)μw/cm^2,神经行为功能各项指标中,手提转捷度测试较对照组差异有显著性,其余指标均无显著性意义。结论 现行微波辐射卫生标准安全可靠,手提转捷测试可能是一项较为敏感的指标。
[Objective] To study the influence of microwave radiation on the function of central nerve system. [Methods] 81 cases of microwave - exposed working staffs and 61 cases in the control group with similar age, sex and cultural level were tested with WHO -NCTB. [Results] The working staffs were exposed to low- intensity micro- wave radiation with a dose of (17.91±13.16) μw/cm2. Significant difference was found between the two groups in hand-lifting agility, but not in other indexes of nerve function. [Conclusion] The current microwave radiation standard is dependable. The hand - lifting agility test is a sensitive index.
